Town planning preliminary studies – Private client

This town planning project was centered around 200 000 m2 of development focusing on media, tv channel headquarters, internet and communication and new technology companies.

Adjacent spaces were planned for traditional services such as sport facilities, education programs, health, leisure and housing schemes.
